Section 01
Escape Unlock ("we", "us", "our") is a luxury travel consultancy. We act as an independent travel agent, curating and arranging bespoke travel experiences on behalf of our clients. We are not a tour operator; we work with a network of carefully selected hotels, airlines, ground operators, and service providers to fulfil your travel arrangements.
By making an enquiry, requesting a proposal, or proceeding with a booking through Escape Unlock, you ("the client", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Section 02
Escape Unlock provides the following services:
All content on our website — including destination guides and itineraries — is independently curated and carefully researched. It is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of availability, pricing, or specific inclusions at any property.
Section 03
A booking is confirmed only when you have received a written confirmation from Escape Unlock and a deposit or full payment has been received as required. Verbal commitments or enquiry submissions do not constitute a confirmed booking.
By confirming a booking, you warrant that:
It is your responsibility to review all confirmation documents carefully and notify us of any errors within 48 hours of receipt. Escape Unlock accepts no liability for errors not reported within this timeframe.
Section 04
Prices are subject to change until a deposit has been received and booking confirmed.
A deposit (amount specified at the time of quotation) is typically required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due no later than 60 days prior to departure, unless otherwise stated. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, full payment may be required immediately.
Prices quoted include our service fee unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices do not include:
Hotel benefits provided through our partner programmes (such as room upgrades, food and beverage credits, or early check-in/late check-out) are subject to availability at the time of check-in and cannot be guaranteed. These benefits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for monetary compensation if unavailable.
Section 05
All cancellation and amendment requests must be made in writing to escapeunlockinfo@gmail.com. Requests are not deemed received until confirmed by Escape Unlock.
Cancellations by you: Cancellation fees vary by supplier and are determined by the individual hotel, airline, or operator's policy. Escape Unlock will advise you of applicable fees at the time of your request. Our service fee is non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.
Amendments: We will make every effort to accommodate changes to your booking. Amendment fees may apply from suppliers. Escape Unlock may charge an amendment fee for significant changes.
Cancellations by suppliers: In the event that a hotel, airline, or third-party supplier cancels or significantly alters your booking, Escape Unlock will work with you to find a suitable alternative or arrange a refund as permitted by the supplier's terms. Escape Unlock is not liable for costs arising from supplier cancellations beyond amounts recoverable from the supplier.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellation for any reason.
Section 06
Escape Unlock strongly recommends that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. Your policy should cover, at a minimum:
Escape Unlock does not provide travel insurance. It is your sole responsibility to arrange adequate cover. We accept no liability for any losses that would have been covered under a comprehensive travel insurance policy.
Section 07
It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party hold valid travel documents for your chosen destinations, including:
Escape Unlock may provide general guidance on visa and entry requirements as a courtesy, but this information is subject to change. You must verify all requirements with the relevant embassies, consulates, or official government sources prior to travel. Escape Unlock accepts no responsibility for any client who is refused entry to a destination due to inadequate documentation.
It is your responsibility to consult a qualified medical professional regarding any health or vaccination requirements specific to your destination(s) before travel.
Section 08
Escape Unlock acts as an intermediary between you and third-party suppliers (hotels, airlines, transfer operators, and others). We do not own, operate, or directly control any of the services provided by these suppliers. Accordingly:
Force Majeure: Escape Unlock shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, civil unrest, war, terrorism, government actions, strikes, or infrastructure failures. In such events, we will endeavour to assist you in rebooking or obtaining refunds where possible, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.
Section 09
If you experience a problem during your trip, we encourage you to raise it directly with the relevant supplier (hotel, airline, etc.) at the time, so that they have the opportunity to resolve it. Please also notify Escape Unlock as soon as practicable.
If you remain dissatisfied after your trip, submit a formal complaint in writing to escapeunlockinfo@gmail.com within 28 days of returning home. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to provide a full response within 28 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Section 10
Intellectual Property: All content on the Escape Unlock website, including text, images, itineraries, and destination guides, is the intellectual property of Escape Unlock or used with permission. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
Accuracy of Information: While we take care to ensure information on our website is accurate and up to date, we make no warranty as to its completeness or timeliness. Hotel amenities, pricing, and inclusions are subject to change without notice. Always confirm details with us before booking.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any booking confirmation issued to you, constitute the entire agreement between you and Escape Unlock in relation to your booking.
Updates: We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
